Browsing this website

The site serves static pages, locally hosted artwork and standard system fonts. We have not included marketing analytics, advertising pixels, external font services or browser storage for tracking. Our hosting and domain providers for this version, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, may process technical access and security information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time. Provider logs and any hosting sign-in follow their own policies and retention rules.

Email contact

The studio contact link opens your own email app. It sends no information until you choose to send an email, and the website does not confirm delivery. If you email us, we receive the sender address, message, and any details or attachments you supply through Google Workspace and the authorized Composio connection used to manage our business mailbox; your own mail provider may also hold a copy.

We use correspondence to understand and reply to inquiries, prepare an agreed proposal, provide contracted service and maintain necessary business records. Please send only ordinary business details. Do not send card numbers, passwords, identity documents, health information, home access codes or other sensitive personal information.

AI-assisted work and service providers

Our service uses AI-assisted drafting and implementation. OpenAI and Anthropic tools may process the limited business information needed to help us respond or perform agreed work, alongside our authorized email, hosting and business-service providers. We limit access to the service purpose and identify additional project-specific data handling before accepting confidential client materials. We do not sell inquiry details or use this site to build advertising profiles.

Retention and requests

We review unconverted inquiry correspondence after 90 days without further contact and remove information no longer needed. Records needed for an active service, an unresolved issue, security, accounting or legal obligations may be retained longer. Provider logs and backups can follow separate schedules. A client's agreement sets the actual project and inquiry-data retention terms.

To request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about applicable privacy rights, email hello@photonwebstudio.com. We may need proportionate identity verification and may retain information we must keep for legitimate legal or contractual reasons. Do not send an ID document unless a secure, necessary verification route is agreed.

Website forms and payments

No live studio inquiry form or online checkout is enabled on this version. We do not collect card details on these pages. A future hosted payment or client form will identify the actual provider, purpose and handling before it is enabled.

The fictional Linden demonstration

The sample quote form changes the confirmation shown in your browser only. It does not send the sample details to a server, save them in browser storage, create a real quote or make a booking. Use fictional information. Linden is not a cleaning business and its illustrative service area is not actual availability.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the actual service or data handling changes and show the effective date. New features do not automatically authorize new use of confidential information. Contact us if you need to understand a change before sharing information.
