Refunds and cancellation.
Effective 29 October 2026. This policy applies to the standard Photon Web Studio website and care offer operated by Armaan Chaudhary as an individual. For a question, cancellation or disputed charge, email hello@photonwebstudio.com with your business name and order reference. Do not include card numbers or sensitive documents.
Cancel setup before work begins
If you cancel before setup work starts, we refund your setup payment. An email inquiry alone creates no order or charge.
Cancel setup after work begins
We reconcile documented completed work and any separately authorized, nonrecoverable third-party purchases under your signed agreement. We do not automatically treat an unfinished milestone as fully earned. The agreement states the completion-based allocation used for settlement; the payment schedule remains two USD 497.50 installments, totaling USD 995.
We refund unearned prepayments within ten business days after the settlement is agreed, or sooner where required by law. A disputed partial-work value is reviewed with you rather than charged automatically. No additional card charge is made without the appropriate authorization.
Cancel monthly care by email
Care is USD 299 per month from the verified launch and your recurring authorization, billed monthly in advance. Send a cancellation to hello@photonwebstudio.com before your next billing date to stop that next renewal. No phone call, sales meeting or new purchase is required.
We acknowledge during the published business window, verify the billing state, and confirm the final paid-through date and handover steps. Care normally continues to the end of the paid period. No future care fee is due after cancellation takes effect. We send confirmation after the cancellation has been processed.
Refunds and service problems
Amounts already paid are refunded where required by law or for agreed undelivered service. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we offer a reasonable correction plan; unresolved material failure is addressed through a fair refund or transfer for undelivered work. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of refund or dispute rights.
Tell us about a charge or service problem so we can investigate using your order and payment records. Refunds and final amounts are documented. This contact route does not limit your mandatory legal or payment-provider rights.
Your domain and handover
Your domain stays yours. We provide the paid-for site materials, agreed configuration and license inventory, and coordinate the agreed transfer. Nontransferable third-party licenses are identified separately. We do not require another sales call or hold your domain hostage to process cancellation.
