Your order comes first

Browsing this site, trying the fictional demo or sending an email does not place an order, accept a website preview, authorize a charge or start a subscription. A written agreement identifies the actual seller and client, exact scope, approver, delivery dependencies and any order-specific terms before work or payment. Any difference from these standard policies is disclosed before you agree.

Website setup: USD 995

The standard setup covers up to five core pages, mobile-friendly presentation, client-approved business copy and authorized assets, one agreed quote form or supported booking connection, basic page titles and search information, agreed redirects, one consolidated revision round, checks and a launch handover.

There are two setup payments: USD 497.50 after the signed agreement, then USD 497.50 after your exact preview acceptance and before launch. Together they total USD 995; there is no additional USD 995 charge.

Delivery and approvals

Our pilot target is a first preview within five business days and launch within seven business days after the signed scope, successful deposit, complete facts and assets, and required access. These are targets, not a guaranteed launch date. Missing inputs, feedback, access or approved scope changes move the schedule; we communicate an updated estimate. Your factual approval, exact-version acceptance and permission to launch are required. Silence is not approval.

Website care: USD 299 per month

Care begins only after the verified website launch and your separate authorization for USD 299 monthly recurring payments. It is billed monthly in advance, month to month. Paying a deposit does not authorize care, saved-card charges or future extra work.

Care covers the agreed hosting and technical upkeep, uptime and quote-path checks, backups and version recovery, one monthly care report, and one monthly batch of small content changes up to 30 minutes of production effort. Unused edit time does not roll over. Defects caused by us are corrected outside that allowance. Order-specific usage limits are disclosed before agreement; no undisclosed overage is charged.

Service hours and limits

Our service window is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York), excluding US federal holidays. We aim to acknowledge requests by the next business day and complete ordinary included edits within three business days after complete instructions. Monitoring is not a staffed 24/7 support desk or a guaranteed resolution time.

The standard offer excludes ecommerce, custom applications, custom booking or payment engines, extra pages, unlimited edits or redesigns, paid ads, ongoing SEO campaigns, social media management, phone answering and SMS services. Changes require a written scope and price before work. No traffic, rankings, inquiry count, bookings or revenue are guaranteed.

Separate costs and safe payments

Prices are USD. Your domain, existing business software, premium licenses and additional services are separate unless expressly included in your order. Applicable taxes and authorized extra costs are disclosed before payment. We do not claim a tax exemption.

No online checkout is active on this website. When payment is available for your agreed order, we provide the genuine hosted payment route for that milestone. Do not email card details, passwords or identity documents.

Ownership and leaving

You retain your domain, pre-existing content and business accounts. Once the relevant setup fees are paid, you receive the paid-for client-specific site materials and an export with the usage rights described in your agreement. Reusable components and disclosed third-party assets remain subject to their licenses; we do not promise exclusive ownership of shared templates or AI-generated material. We provide an orderly handover and do not hold your domain or paid-for materials hostage.

Cancellation, refunds and questions

Our refund and cancellation policy explains setup cancellation, monthly renewal cancellation and refunds for undelivered work. Contact hello@photonwebstudio.com to raise a service or billing issue. These policies do not remove any mandatory consumer, payment-card or other legal rights.
